What is Teff Flour?
Teff, an ancient grain, makes an excellent 100% whole grain flour most commonly used in Ethiopia. Used in baking, it has an earthy, slightly nutty and sweet taste. It is gluten free. Has more calcium than any other grain and is a complete protein.
