We often do not think about the mining operations required to collect ore for coins, nor the smelting and refinement process.  We don't consider the 41,000 tons of metal minted by the United States government every year, or the transport of these materials.

When cash and coins are constantly being ferried to and from businesses, banks, and back again, there is an environmental impact.

While electronic payments do also have an impact based on power consumption necessary for processing, precious metals needed for the equipment, and various other impacts, it still does not compare to the damage done by cash, this is why we are a cash free business.

We understand not everyone may not have a card, a mobile device, or one of the other mechanisms necessary for electronic payments, this is ok, just let our sales staff know and we may be able to work something out.
