Aromatic benefits: Envigorating & Stimulating - Clove may be beneficial for the mind and memory as well as have energising benefits.

How to use it:

- Burn 2-3 drops of the oil with a layer of water in an oil burner, and place the oil burner on the nearest table to you so you can inhale oils to help stimulate.

- Add 2 drops to 10ml carrier oil (can be any carrier oil you have around, like peanut or olive oil) and massage the oil into your skin.

Pain & Itch relief: Clove can help relieve pain and itchiness by applying it topically onto the affected area (always dilute when applying topically).

Skincare: Clove's antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic properties can help soothe the skin.

Avoid clove essential oil during pregnancy.
