Organic Peppermint Essential Oil
Using peppermint essential oils will help to boost energy and alleviate nervous tension and stress. Other great benefits of peppermint oil are muscle pain relief, menstrual cramp relief and itch relief. Also a great aid to use during the common cold for relief.

Method: Steam distillation

How to use it:
- Energising: Burn 4-5 drops of the oil with a layer of water in an oil burner, and place the oil burner on the nearest table to you so you can inhale oils.
- Common cold: Add one drop to a teaspoon of carrier oil and rub onto your chest and under your nose to open your sinuses. Add 4 drops into a DIY hot facial steam bath.
- Itch & menstrual cramp relief: Add one drop to a teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to the affected area.
- Muscle pain: Add 4 drops into 10 ml of carrier oil (anything you have at home like peanut oil or olive oil) and massage into the sore muscles.
Blends well with: Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Sweet orange, Rosemary, Tea tree, Ylang Ylang
This organic peppermint oil is obtained from peppermint grown in Hungary. This peppermint comes from the last harvest and has been grown, processed and bottled in Europe. Peppermint has been used for years and can be found in stories from Greek mythology, Roman philosophers, Jesus in the Bible and Monks in the Middle Ages.
No artificial fragrances and colorants have been added to the oil, only the purely natural organic rosemary is used to obtain the oil.

End of Life:
Compost wooden top. Recycle glass bottle. Remove and trash the plastic component in glass lid. Compost box.
